The US-based product engineering company debuts its podcast series  “Execution of Big Ideas”, featuring unfiltered conversations with founders turning ideas into market-fit digital products.

AppVerticals has launched AppTalk, a podcast built around a simple premise: hand the microphone to the people actually incorporating technology into their ventures. Since its first episode aired on September 24, 2025, the show has paired host Hadia Shaikh with founders, CTOs, and industry visionaries discussing how real digital platforms get built.

What is interesting is that its guests aren’t strangers to the studio. Each of the founders featured in the series partnered with AppVerticals to engineer the very products they discuss on the show, from a training app to a mental wellness platform to an employee wellbeing system. The result is a podcast that doubles as a look behind the build: the same teams talking through the ideas, and the products AppVerticals shipped to bring them to life.

Conversations From the Series

The early slate spans sport, workplace culture, and mental health — different industries united by founders using technology to change how their fields operate.

In one episode, the conversation turns to Isaac Knable, a wrestling coach and academy owner. Knable traces his path from coaching on the mats to building a personal brand through wrestling content that went viral during COVID, and ultimately to Stance and Motion, the training app AppVerticals built for him with real-time motion analysis and tailored training plans, now on the App Store and Google Play.

Another episode pairs Paul and Farah on corporate wellness as a leadership strategy rather than a passing trend. The two explore how empathy-driven leadership builds stronger teams and the link between purpose-driven culture and retention, work that we are extending into a dedicated platform for Noor Corporate Health Solutions, built to measure employee wellbeing and streamline HR operations.

In Rewiring Mental Wellness, the spotlight falls on Erin Vandermore, a licensed therapist, coach, and founder of MindCircuit. Vandermore charts her move from one-on-one therapy to a technology-powered wellness ecosystem, the Ease app, engineered by AppVerticals with mood tracking, anxiety-management tools, and neuroscience-based exercises that help users build emotional resilience.

A Platform for Thought Leadership

AppTalk extends how AppVerticals engages the startup and enterprise audiences it works with day to day. As a product engineering company that turns concepts into shipped software, AppVerticals is positioning the show as a space where that same execution mindset gets explored out loud, useful listening for anyone weighing the leap from idea to product.

New episodes are available on the AppVerticals website here.
